First meal of the day at 4pm!

Duck rice @ carlton (sounds like atas uh but it's a coffee shop)- katong.

  1. You know, you could just cut down on  sweet drinks and start with a slightly heavy breakfast and cut down on the amount till dinner. It works, really. Try not to snack too much! Haha. Hope it works for you cuz i lost around 2kg by just cutting down on booze and sweet drinks. so yeah :)
