Fitness Friday

The Insanity Workout is best home work out i've ever came across! A friend has been doing it for awhile and i decided to give it a try today and my, my, it isn't as simple as i thought it was!

It builds and strengthens muscle, burns fat and gets you fitter than you've ever been in your life.

I like Insanity because it's fun, rewarding, and doesn't require much time! AND I GET TO DO IT IN THE COMFORT OF MY OWN ROOM.

Not sure where you can get the actual DVD from but i have been following this YouTube user!
