Free My Eyes
That day I was talking to a friend and she told me excessive contact-lens wearing can cause your eyelids to droop! So I got a bit scared and have been trying to not wear it on days I don't see much people. After all, I've a perfect eye sight, I only wear it to look pretty. Lol. So yeah, that explains the below without my contact lens. Need to get used to it! I feel awfully weird with small pupils! Yknw when I was younger, my friends always tell me I look like I'm in shock if I don't smile. Cus my pupils are a lil too small for my eyes. Hahaha. O.O but I really think the size of my eyes decreased or something....doesn't seem to be the case in the following picx.

ReplyDeleteHey girl, just fyi, the "pupil" you were refering to, the black part...it's actually called the iris :) Pupil is within the iris :)

ReplyDeleteBut babe, natural looking thick brows are different from not-so-natural-looking overdrawn brows >< Korean stars don't overpluck, but they don't overdraw to the extent that you can SEE that it is drawn. Not sure if you can understand what I'm saying haha. Hmmmmm i think back in late 2009/2010 your brows were the best! Go look back at those pics! :) )

Just an honest opnion, hope you understand what I'm saying! >< You're one of those girls who can look really fresh and pretty with basic makeup such as blusher, eyeliner, brow pencil, and some mascara. Abit of brow pencil to fill the gap is enough to make your brow look thick yet natural, babe :)

ReplyDeleteIts good to slowly stop wearing lens! Cos like what are you gonna rely on if one day you do not have anymore lens? I was like you at the start, totally not used to it. Then i was quite afraid that my perfect eye sight wil be gone i stopped! I got used to it after one month :) sometimes eye liner, mascara or even double eye lid tapes may jst do the job :) heavy make up like a lot of blusher or draw thick eye brows will make someone look good on pictures but in real life it looks quite old. Back in your 2009 days you look fresh good just the way you are! (:

ReplyDeleteTammy i just wanna let you know that I used to have perfect eyesight yet I was very vain and like you, I insisted on having zero degree coloured lenses to look better. Then one fine day, I had a serious case of sore eyes. The doctor then discovered I had corneal ulcers in my left pupil, three of them to be exact. It was so painful, I had to put eyedrops every hour and see the doctor almost every other day for the next two weeks. It took about a month to have my eyes fully recovered, and it was definitely a lesson learnt. I swore to myself I'll never wear contact lenses ever again for the fear of losing my vision. It's been a year now, and I'm really happy surviving without coloured lenses :) so please be careful, you don't want the same thing to happen to you. x

You're such a beautiful young lady, Tammy! I really like your eyes! It has that some kind of magic in it. :D Anyway, I'll just suggest that if you're not going out with your friends, it's better to remove your contact lens so that your eyes will be able to rest.
